Rich and Yana offer in-person and FaceTime video posing coaching for Bodybuilding, Bikini, and Figure athletes. We will do one-time sessions for fine tuning and offer posing packages to help develop the overall presentation by breaking down and teaching the process over time.
In our contest preparation packages we cover the following.
Bikini / Figure: Mandatory Poses- Front Pose, Side, Back, T-Walk, Transitions with hands, Walking on Heels, standing in the lineup, trading places during call outs, standing to the side. We will advise on suit selection, heels, makeup, and tanning.
Bodybuilding / Classic Physique: Relaxed Round Poses, Mandatory Poses, Standing in line, moving during call outs, Posedown, and Individual Routines. We will cover suit selection, tanning.
Mens Physique: Symmetry Round- Quarter turns, Mandatory Poses, Standing in line, moving during call outs, and T-Walk. We will cover suit selection, tanning.
Rates-
Facetime Video Call- $60.00 per 30 Minutes.
Facetime Video Call- $80.00 per 60 Minutes.
Facetime Video Call- $100.00 for 2 sessions 30 Minutes each.
Monthly- Contest Preparation- $200.00 a month- Includes video one on one live sessions with one coach to cover posing, and full contest preparation.
Monthly- Full Contest Preparation- $400.00 a month- Includes video one on one live sessions with one coach to cover posing, full contest preparation, and nutrition coaching and tracking.
In person- San Anselmo Marin County- $90.00 one hour.
