Flexible muscles can improve your daily performance. Tasks such as lifting
packages, bending to tie your shoes or hurrying to catch a bus become easier
and less tiring. Flexibility tends to diminish as you get older, but you can
regain and maintain it.

Stretching increases blood flow to your muscles. Blood flowing to your muscles
brings nourishment and gets rid of waste byproducts in the muscle tissue.

program is the result of 20 years of experience helping individuals reach

the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. I will also help you to
make gradual, lifelong changes that enable you to reach your current
and future health goals.
My experience in sports nutrition comes from the front lines as a competitive natural bodybuilder winning five first place titles in Northern California and earning status as an elite athlete at professional level competitions. My mission is to inspire and empower you to take charge of your own health, to feel great, and live the life you have always imagined.
