Rich Frye Fitness provides professional contest preparation and posing coaching for athletes competing in natural and traditional bodybuilding federations. Coaching is available in person in Marin County and throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, as well as virtually for athletes worldwide.

INBA/PNBA

The International Natural Bodybuilding Association and Professional Natural Bodybuilding Association promote drug-tested natural bodybuilding competitions for amateur and professional athletes. The INBA/PNBA offers numerous competitive divisions and hosts events throughout the United States and internationally, including the Natural Olympia.

NPC

The National Physique Committee is a leading amateur physique organization in the United States. The NPC offers competitive divisions including Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Bikini, Figure, Women’s Physique, Wellness and Fitness. Qualifying NPC athletes may advance toward earning professional status in the IFBB Professional League.

OCB

The Organization of Competition Bodies is a drug-tested natural bodybuilding federation offering amateur and professional competition opportunities. OCB events include a variety of bodybuilding and physique divisions, with eligible amateur competitors having opportunities to earn OCB professional status.

IFBB Professional League

The IFBB Professional League is an international professional bodybuilding and physique organization. Its divisions include Men’s Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Women’s Bodybuilding, Bikini, Figure, Women’s Physique, Wellness and Fitness. Professional athletes compete at events around the world with opportunities to qualify for the Olympia.

WNBF

The World Natural Bodybuilding Federation provides amateur and professional competition opportunities for drug-tested natural athletes. The WNBF maintains established drug-testing standards and presents natural bodybuilding and physique competitions in the United States and internationally.

The American Natural Bodybuilding Federation is a drug-tested natural bodybuilding organization founded in 2013. The ANBF provides competitive opportunities for natural athletes while emphasizing fairness, transparency, integrity and athlete development.

The Drug Free Athletes Coalition is an international natural bodybuilding organization committed to drug-tested competition. The DFAC uses athlete screening and testing procedures designed to support fair competition and provides opportunities for natural athletes to compete at national and international events.

Competition Preparation and Posing Coaching

Rich Frye Fitness works with athletes competing in Bodybuilding, Classic Physique, Men’s Physique, Bikini, Figure, Wellness and other competition divisions. Every athlete’s preparation and posing program is tailored to the requirements of their federation, division and experience level.

Professional in-person and virtual coaching is available for first-time competitors, experienced amateurs and professional athletes.
